With 2024 winding down, it is time that we start preparing for the busy holiday season! First up: Thanksgiving!
MFCC coordinates a large Thanksgiving Drive connecting community members and families with everything they need for a festive Thanksgiving celebration. The Thanksgiving Holiday Package drive is our largest community drive, helping 643 individuals from 197 families last year alone.
If you (or your business/organization) would like to help out:
Please consider donating a filled bag or two or more to help those in need. The shopping list is below.
Please drop off finished bags to MFCC between November 6th – November 18th anytime Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am-4pm. Due to limited space, please do not deliver bags before November 6th.
If you would like to receive a Thanksgiving Package:
Come to MFCC, or sign up here, between Monday, October 21st and Friday, November 15th to sign up for a Thanksgiving Package.
To ensure we have enough packages, registration is required.
Thanksgiving Package pickup will be (for registered families) November 20th-26th, 9:30am-4pm.
*MFCC will be closed Nov. 27th – Nov 29th, and reopen Monday, December 2nd*
