Food Access

Everyone has the right to food. We work every day to secure food access for our participants.

securing food access

Milton Family Community Center is a Vermont Foodbank Network Partner, and community food access hub. We work with local farmers, businesses, grocery stores, gardeners, and partners to provide food access to those in need.

Our self-select community market is open daily stocked with produce, bakery items, and deli foods donated by our Fresh Rescue partners. The full community Food Shelf is available by-appointment daily, and provides shelf-stable food items like pasta, cereal, canned goods, and frozen meat.

Ways to access food

Visit us at the Community Center between 9:30AM – 4PM, Monday through Friday

Find (as available) produce, bakery items, dairy products, and more in the Community Center lobby. All are welcome!

Make an appointment

Call us at 802-893-1457 to make an appointment to access the Food Shelf.
