From July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 because of the work we do…

  • 936 individuals experienced food insecurity requiring food from the MFCC Emergency Food Shelf, 307 were under the age of 18 and 115 were senior citizens.
  • 95 School Age Children received a new backpack filled with back-to-school supplies through the MFCC School Supply Drive.
  • 64 Individuals received a coat from our Coat Drive to keep them warm during Vermont’s cold winter. 44 of which were under 18-years-old
  • 54 Families received diapers through our diaper bank
  • 164 Families were able to have enough food to feed their family and celebrate Thanksgiving through the MFCC Thanksgiving Food Drive.
  • 233 Children from 93 families were able to receive gifts for the holiday through the MFCC Adopt-A-Family program.
  • 36 Children ages 6 weeks – 5 years atteneded our full day/full year Early Childhood Program (ECP).
  • 111 Children in grades K-6th grade atteneded our Milton AfterSchool Program (MASK).

From July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 because of the work we do…

  • 14 of our 17 children receiving 1-1 support achieved one of their goals.
  • 601 individuals received emergency help from our food shelf. 170 were under the age of 18 and 93 were senior citizens.
  • 38 School Age Children received a new backpack filled with back-to-school supplies through our School Supply Drive.
  • 140 Families were able to celebrate Thanksgiving through our Thanksgiving Food Drive.
  • 133 Children from 59 families were able to receive gifts for the holiday through our Holiday Assistance Program.
  • 38 families received diapers through our diaper bank.

From July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 because of the work we do…

  • 3 families received support with housing needs and one homeless family secured permanent housing
  • 12 of our 15 families receiving 1-1 support achieved one of their goals
  • 11 families were determined eligible for Specialized Childcare (SCC) Assistance, Family support childcare assistance or Special Health Needs Adult or child childcare assistance
  • 4 families received support navigating DCF involvement
  • 651 individuals received emergency help from our food shelf. 230 were under the age of 18 and 95 were senior citizens.
  • 30 School Age Children received a new backpack filled with back-to-school supplies through our School Supply Drive
  • 119 Families were able to celebrate Thanksgiving through our Thanksgiving Food Drive
  • 50 families received diapers through our diaper bank
